If they don’t resign, the employer will enroll them in PPK after 90 days of employment. Employees over the age of 55 must submit an application to their employer in order to save in PPK. The employer is required to inform them of this possibility.

• employees, with the exception of so-called adolescent workers,
• persons over the age of 18 who perform outwork,
• members of farming cooperatives or farmer cooperative associations,
• persons over the age of 18 who perform work under an agency contract or a contract for service
(or any other contract for the provision of services to which the Civil Code applies in relation to the service),
• persons on parental leave for reasons listed above or those in receipt of maternity allowance or another allowance equivalent in value to maternity allowance,
• supervisory board members remunerated for serving on the board.
