Last call for the conclusion of a PPK management agreement.
our information shows that you have not signed a contract for the management of an employee capital plan (PPK). This is an obligation that arises from the regulations1. Therefore, we ask you to:
1. Sign a PPK management agreement with a defined date with designated financial institution, i.e. PFR Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (PFR TFI) or to provide to PFR via the online form below with information on the conclusion of a PPK management agreement with another financial institution. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of this request;
2. Fill in the form available on the website wezwania-ppk.pfr.pl and send it to PFR. To access this form, you must log in to the indicated website using NIP and TOKEN. Filling out this simple form (it will take about 5-7 minutes) will save you from receiving further calls and possible inspections by the competent authorities.

Important! An employing entity that does not conclude a PPK management contract may be fined up to 1.5% of the employee’s remuneration wages and salaries with this employer in the financial year preceding the failure to comply with this obligation2.
The PPK management contract is not concluded by an employing entity with the status of a micro-company3, to which all employees have submitted a declaration of resignation from payments to the PPK4 and an employing entity that has implemented Employee Pension Schemes (PPE)5.

It is also possible to conclude a management contract with another financial institution - their full list can be found on the website www.mojeppk.pl/wezwania. We would like to remind you that after concluding the PPK management contract, you are also obliged to conclude a contract for running PPK for all employee’s6.
